## The dashboard (customer-facing surface)

One React app (`smartvision_va`, built from the sibling `../icd` repo as
`fe-icd-react`) serves both experiences from a single build — the mount
path picks the mode:

## Backbone

- **PostgreSQL + TimescaleDB**: canonical [dori_db] schema, multi-tenant via `d_company_id`.
- **Redpanda** (Kafka API): 5 topics for the inference + incident + alert pipeline.
- **JWT** auth, tenant context extracted on every request.
- **S3** access scoped per-company via `d_auth_aws` credentials.
